Orient Palace Hotel in Alanya Listed for Half Price in Forced Sale

The Orient Palace Hotel, a prominent establishment in Alanya Kestel, is being offered for sale through a forced auction initiated by the Alanya Enforcement Office (Alanya İcra Dairesi). Valued at 206 million Turkish Lira (TL), the hotel has a starting bid of 103 million TL, half of its estimated worth.

This significant reduction in price for such a large property marks a major event in Alanya’s hotel market. Kestel, a popular district east of Alanya city centre, is known for attracting international visitors and foreign residents. The forced sale, handled by the Alanya İcra Dairesi, indicates a compelling investment opportunity that could reshape the area’s tourism landscape.

A change of ownership for the Orient Palace Hotel could lead to extensive renovations, a refreshed concept, or upgraded facilities. Such developments would directly influence local hotel standards and accommodation options in one of the region’s most sought-after areas, potentially revitalising the hotel and impacting the overall tourist experience in Alanya.
